Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the platform; duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances forfeited. abcph reserves the right to verify the identity of any registered user at any time by requesting government-issued identification documents, proof of address, or other relevant documentation as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the temporary restriction or permanent closure of your account. You must keep your registered contact information up to date, as abcph will use your registered email address and mobile number to communicate important account notifications, security alerts, and platform updates. Sharing your account credentials with any other person, allowing third parties to use your account, or using another person's account is strictly forbidden and constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions. abcph cannot be held responsible for any losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate security over your account credentials.

All financial transactions on the abcph platform — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). Players are required to fund their abcph account through the approved payment methods listed on the platform at the time of the transaction; abcph does not accept deposits made via unauthorised channels, and any funds received through unapproved methods may be returned or forfeited. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the player account dashboard; these limits are subject to change at abcph's discretion and may vary based on the player's verification status. Players who wish to voluntarily close their abcph account may do so by contacting support abcph.co with a written request. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance in the account will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Players who have chosen to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons may not request reinstatement of their account during the agreed exclusion period, regardless of the reason provided. abcph may also close inactive accounts — those with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months — following notification to the registered email address on file; any remaining balance in an inactive account will be returned to the player through their last registered withdrawal method before the account is formally closed.
